Panini press recipes and ideas please!!

Just bought a panini press to try and make lunchtimes a bit more varied with DS (4) and DD (2). So far have done some lovely foccacia cheese and ham toasties and some ordinary ones but looking for some more ideas please!!

anybody??? :)

I often make toasties using leftovers e.g. Leftover stew, bolognaise, cottage pie, curry etc - mega yum. Also this might sound weird but trust me - sliced banana in between two pieces of bread in a press is yum

Pesto and cheese
Brie bacon and cranberry
Pepperoni and cheese
Bolognaise and cheese
Bacon cheese and tomato chutney

I like cheese!

This is something I plan to try. Have you found a difference between breads?

Cottage cheese, tomato
Scrambled egg and peppers
Cooked kidney beans and onion rings
Bombay sandwich - boiled potato, cucumber, tomato, onion slice, butter, green coriander chutney and lurpak.

Try large pittas, rolls and tortillas.

I don't actually have a panini press I use my George foreman!
