Reheating sliced beef in gravy

Last week we were Ill but I'd defrosted some beef so I cooked it, made gravy and sliced it then froze in gravy.

Question is how do I reheat?

I just put it in an oven proof dish cover with foil and reheat throughly for about 1hr at gas 3/4.

Yep-I'd do that too.

I do it in a saucepan, low heat with lid on until it's piping hot!

Nuke it!
