Need recipes for healthy dinners for freezer!

Hi there,
I work full time and cooking after work is not an option! Ive gotten into the habit of trying to cook meals on a Sunday and freezing them for the week ahead.

I need some suggestions for healthy nutritious dinners that freeze well. I'm a pro at good spaghetti bolognese but all other suggestions are welcome. I want to have a varied selection of dinners to defrost each morning.
Thanks very much :)

TBH I sometimes cook on a Sunday for the rest of the week - I have never frozen meals for 5-6 days though, I just keep the meals in the fridge.

What foods do you like and dislike?

Hope this link works! www.bbcgoodfood.com/search.do?keywords=batch+cooking&filterItem=&filterItem=&filterItem=&filterItem=&filterItem=&filterItem=&filterItem=&filterItem=&filterItem=&filterItem=
Good Food Mag often does a section on things to cook in bulk to freeze.

Cottage pie.

Chilli con carne.

Home-made curries - meat or veggie.

Spicy mince and peppers to go in wraps.

Any casseroles if you have the time to do some potatoes in the evening. Or beef stews with the potatoes in so it's an all-in-one.

Do you have a slow cooker? I just bung stuff on in the morning and it's ready when I'm home.

I do this. I agree that curries work well, and also stuff like the filling for burritos etc. Sometimes I make several batches of a particular curry, and then some other batches of a basic curry base which I can jazz up later with other things. I also cook batches of tomato sauce, to which I can then add a variety of ingredients to make different meals. Falafel freeze nicely. Macaroni cheese.

I batch cook at weekends and freeze stuff for quick meals during the week. My staples are:

Cottage pie
Lasagna/Cannelloni
Chilli
Pasta sauces
Curry
Casseroles - chicken, sausage, beef
Stews
Pork shoulder steaks in Chinese-y sauce
pie fillings so I only have to add a pastry top
