pudding after beef wellington?

Have decided to make a beef wellington for dinner with friends on saturday but am undecided on pudding for after. Any suggestions?

Lemon tart? Something fairly light I reckon.

Pavlova. Or crumble.

Or syllabus.

I told the auto correct once - and it still changed it to syllabus!!! Don't recommend that but syllabub would be nice!

Creme brûlée, pannacotta, or syllabub?
