Can I freeze iced biscuits?

Planning to make them (well) in advance of a party and ideally would like to bake, ice and freeze rather than having a separate icing session.

Oooooh marking a place because I would like to know too..
Actually, there is a thread in chat atm that you could ask this on - I can't remember the name of it though...
