So am I being completely dim..... have just invested in some silicon bakeware to cook my cupcakes. My cupcakes are normally great using a traditional tin and paper cases. Thought I'd try the silicon and I'm having a nightmare getting the little things out. Grrrr. Have just resorted to washing it out and putting paper cases in, as I'll get objections later - 'there's bits missing from my cake mummy!'
Anyone got any magic tips?
