What can I make with tinned crab

For some reason I have no less than 7 tins of white crab meat in my larder.

What on earth can I use them for?

Crab sandwiches - yum!

With chilli and linguine. Must go and buy some!

Yes, but most crab recipes, e.g. chilli and linguine and also the fishcakes call for white and brown meat. I only have the white meat.

That's all right, just use all White. It won't be quite as nice, but still yummy!

These two Nigel Slater recipes for a crab tart and thai crab cakes are wonderful. I make them using only the white meat.

Crab omelette. Beat a few eggs, put in tinned crab meat. Mix. Cook. Eat. Yum!

cook some linguine, adding sliced fennel towards the end so both are al dente
warm the crab in a separate pan with a little chopped chilli and crushed fennel seeds, then add lemon juice and lemon zest
mix the linguine and fennel mixture with the crab mixture.

I am a terrible cook and even I can make this!! It is sooo delicious.

Recipe I have is for white meat only btw
