Can i freeze this....

I have just mixed some mashed pots and salmon and a little bit of mozzarella and made some fishcakes out of mixture for dd. There is heaps of the mixture left, can i freeze it to make some more fishcakes at a later date?

as long as the salmon hasn't been frozen before should be ok.

The salmon is fresh(!!!)out of a tin!

Yes, shape into cakes first and freeze on parchment on a tray, then store in a plastic tub when frozen. Keep for 1 month.
