Lemon and cinnamon oil

I received a belated christmas present today and it is a bottle of lemon flavoured oil with cinnamon sticks floating in it. Is there any recipe I can actually use it in or is it just one of those things to make your kitchen look pretty, in which case it will be going to the first raffle/tombola that comes my way.

Lemon and cinammon are a pretty classic combo in Moroccan cuisine. Or how about making a salad dressing with it? Might be nice with grilled fish.

Salad dressing might be an idea, do you think cinnamon would be nice with salad I've always thought of it as a baking ingredient.

Cinammon is a baking ingredient in the West but, almost everywhere else in the world, it's a standard in savoury dishes and sweet dishes alike. You need to match it up with something that has plenty of flavour. A spicy rice salad or grilled tuna steaks for example. Give it a whirl.

Thanks for the advice, will have to google some moroccan recipes then, that should make DH happy as we have been to a morroccan restaurant which he enjoyed but that may have been down to the belly dancing demonstration Grin.
