Hi I am looking for a wheat free birthday cake (madeira or victoria sandwich recipe)

Ca any one help?

I think that my tin is for 6 egg normal recipe. Will measure it when I get home.

I've done a Rachel Allen one before now that used ground almonds instead of flour, but I can't find it now. You could try searching Good Food Recipes - I seem to remember a nice chocolate cake on there.

I just use Doves Farm GF SR flour in a normal madeira or sponge recipe. Add a teaspoon of glycerine to avoid dryness and it works perfectly
