Curry help please!

I have boiled potatoes to add to my curry themed dinner. I'm doing paneer and veg with tikka masala sauce (a jar, and I'm sorry and will do better next time) but wanted to do something with my leftover boiled potatoes with it.

I'm thinking fry them a bit in some curry powder, but wondering whether to add yogurt, or tomatoes, or spinach..... or something!

Inspiration please!

Fry up a couple of cloves of garlic, some chopped ginger and a chopped greed chilli. Add half a teaspoon of turmeric and a teaspoon of cumin seeds (if you don't have these spices then a spoonful of curry powder will do). Add a chopped onion and cook until soft and slightly golden. Slice your potatoes and stir in. Add some lumps of frozen spinach until the potato/spinach balance is as you want it. Add some salt. Cover and simmer gently until all is hot. Add a couple of spoonsful of cream or yoghurt. Sprinkle some chopped tomato over the top if you have some for colour and texture

Vix's recipe sounds great.

You can also fry cooked potato together with chickpeas with plenty of cinnamon and garam masala and a bit of salt. Really tasty without being too hot.
