Pasta salad with penne, sdt, fresh toms, mozzarella, feta and olives or pine nuts. Dress wih the sdt oil.
Is delicious warm too.

Not pasta but you could stick them in a tart, or in a quiche?

Also not pasta but I put them in risotto.

Run sundried tomatoes, capers, stoned black olives, fresh goat cheese (the curd stuff, not the bitter aged kind with a rind) and olive oil, through the blender - use as sauce, or as dressing for cold pasta salad. Good as a hearty dressing for green salad too.

bump, I'm hoping to make something later, I have sdt, feta, fresh toms, mixed bag of salad leaves, parmesan, penne pasta.
What could I do with that lot?
