Anyone got any yummy recipes for muffins???

I've got 2 new muffin tins - a mini one and one of those silicone ones and I'm itching to try them out. Will need to be with what I have in the cupboards though.

Sorry I wandered off to ebay. Yes dried apricots. Have now also bought the linked muffin book, I love muffins.

Oooo have just made some blueberry ones - very nice. They won't last long.
Am still having trouble getting them out of the tin in one place. Especially from the mini - muffin tin. The silicone thing is fab - just wih I had 2!
