Cooking lasagne in advance

I've just made a lasagne for friends coming on Saturday lunchtime. Will it be ok in the fridge for a couple of days or should I freeze it?

I would say fridge, as by the time it cooled down enough to put in the freezer your need to be gettign it out to defrost.

It will be lovely! Always tastes better a day or so after cooking.

make sure it is absolutely piping hot when you re-heat it

If you made it today, I would definitely keep it in the fridge rather than the freezer.

I'm with wahwahwah, lasagne is so much better eaten a day or two after it's been cooked.

I really want some now! With garlic bread, crunchy salad and a glass of red wine.
