Grapeseed oil or Rapeseed oil

Which is better? Aparently if you cook with olive oil, you die.

Who has told you that?

I seem to remember reading somewhere that if it gets heated it changes in 'evil oil' and is very bad for you. Probably on crackpot theories.com!

M&s vegetable oil was rapeseed. I looked yesterday but they don't seem to stock it any more so I got groundnut. Hopefully that is ok!
