tips needed to get 30mnth old ds to eat will not touch anything except cereals toast crisps please help sad

offer him ONLY the foods YOU want him to it, at meal times at the table with no snacks in between

soon he will be hungry enough to sit down and eat what you give him (once he realises its that or nothing!)

also make sure that other people sit with him at meal times and eat the same food etc

praise him when he eats / tries food
ignore it when he doesnt eat.... let him get down and you can just hope that he might be hungry enough to try what you give him the next meal!
