Evening,

I cooked my very first silverside of beef today and its massive. Got lots to freeze in portion sizes but having never done this before do I just freeze slices or cover slices in gravy and freeze?

TIA

Freezers tend to dry things out so covering things in gravy helps avoid that...

I cut it then freeze it.,. When I'm ready to cook it, I cook it in gravy or just roast it. I don't slice it. That would definitely dry it out
