derby mums - eating out help

looking for some we're we can go for lunch apart from going to - debenhams bhs and m&s - some we're that isn't too expensive and is child friendly - everytime we come into derby we tend to struggle so any help apreciated

There's a really good chip shop on Kedleston Road but no seating...

The Thai restaurant on Green Lane is open at lunch time and does a lunch menu. Only been there at night though.
