Please excuse my lack of kitchen knowledge but I am trying to get better!!

Tonight I marinaded some beef chunks in oregano, paprika and cummin, olive oil and lemon juice and cooked them in the oven wiht peppers and onions.
I'd now like to make curry out of the leftovers.

How do i do that please?

TIA

cook a clove or two of garlic in oil (crushed, chopped you decide).
add the beef chunks etc
add some curry powder (your choice as to the heat)
add some water and cook on a gentle heat. Cook for about 30 mins adding more water if necessary to make that lovely curry gravy.

if you like you can add a couple of chopped potatoes which will cook down and thicken the sauce. hth

or how about adding some coconut cream... [not milk]
and some thai curry paste... you decide how hot..

Great! I've got garlic and curry powder and potatoes so i'm all set.
I think I might even have some coconut cream so I could really push the boat out.
Thanks very much.
