Ways with cauliflower

I'm struggling a bit here. I LOVE cauliflower but always seems to either make cauliflower and macaroni cheese or gratinate it with double cream and breadcrumbs. Family are not so enamoured with it but I want to make them like it - how else could I prepare it?

I'm up for any ideas too. Cauliflower cheese is always a winner but I'd like to do more. I always read lovely recipes on here, so I'll wait patiently.

DP did chicken + cauli biriyani other night, from My daddy cooks. Really nice, not good enough for guests i'd say as more a mid-week thing, but healthy + toddler ds happy to eat it. I can't find the recipe online, but there's loads on google.

Cauliflower fritters? Lightly boil cauliflower, dip in a beer batter and fry.

Or cauliflower Indian style, cooked with loads of ginger, onion, green chillies.

I once had a lovely roasted cauliflower soup in a fancy restaurant and it was sublime!

From the Hairy Bikers.
Cook cauli florets and put in ovenproof dish. Don't use any salt.
Fry smoked bacon pieces (not tried lardons, thought they'd be too fatty)
then good mushrooms - i.e. portabello or chestnut.
Drain and add both to the dish.
Make a good thick cheese sauce and pour over all. Grated parmesan and breadcrumbs on top. Oven until all brown and sizzling.
We eat this once a week now that we've found it! Incidentally the best cauliflowers seem to be found at Aldi.
