Microwave mug cake? Anyone know how to make these?

Its all pretty much in the title, am reading a book that mentions making these and thought it might be a fun thing to do with the DC.

Has anyone got a recipe please?

Be careful not to overcook or it becomes rubbery. You can also put a couple of squares of chocolate into the cake batter before cooking and then it oozes melted chocolate when you stick the spoon in.
