I made a fish in cheese sauce recipe this morning for DD's lunch today. It's been in the fridge ever since. Would it be safe to freeze a portion now as I was going to have whatever is left over after her lucnh tomorrow for supper but just remembered that i'm going out. I don't really want to waste it.
