NYE pudding ideas

Help! Need to take pudding to NYE party to follow Thai curry.....any bright ideas out there? Thanks!

Most Thai restaraunts serve fruit based puddings on their menus - so perhaps go with that. Maybe a nice fruit salad in a hulled out pineapple half or melon with some strawberries and mint or a mango coulis with some good quality vanilla ice cream or a light fruit sponge with blueberries and lemon zest etc.
