Can someone please share their recipe for a simple jelly cake for a 5yo birthday? Thank you!!!!

thanks MrsMagnolia. What you made sounds fantastic, but I'm envisioning something that takes me about 1 minute to make! Just basically a jelly mould, probably. With fruit juice in it maybe?

Sponge flan case with fruit, quick jel and cream or mini meringues on top maybe?
