For how long should I cook an 11lbs bird?

It's from a friends farm, so no instructions.

I have two different calculations; 4 hours and 3 hours 10 mins

When it's not cooked by 3pm I will blame you lot.

My 12lb ish turkey cooked in three hrs today but in a turkey bag which I think speeds up the cooking. I cooked until the leg were falling away from the bird.

As an aside..... It was my first time to cook my turkey on Christmas eve. I'm all delighted with myself as it's cooked, portioned, freezer prepared (the extras) AND the stock made from bones. Feeling all domestic goddess:-) Will defo do the same next year.

Mine is the same weight and the pack says 3hrs 10 mins too, poke into where the leg meets the body, if the juices run clear its ok
