not seasonal I know- but anyone like to tell me if you mince the chicken breasts or just flatten and coat in crmbs?

I do the latter, but now you have me thinking mincing them up + adding some seasoning and an egg might be yummy.

lol! I was worried that if I put the chicken in my food processor it would come out like mush.
