Quick pheasant question

Picked up a brace of pheasants today from the butcher for christmas day, will they be ok in the fridge until then or would it be best to freeze them? (if we do freeze them then i guess freezing the leftovers is a big no?)

They should be fine for Christmas day but if you do freeze them raw then its no problem to freeze cooked leftovers.
Watch out for the shot when you eat them though.

Don't freeze them, they'll be fine.

They're game anyway, hey should be hung. My grand parents only ate pheasant when it was high.

It isn't like chicken, it'll be good.
