Breadcrumbs

Can I use crusts to make breadcrumbs for a stuffing? They're from a decent white loaf which I'm using (minus crusts) for bread sauce.

If anyone can reassure me on this seemingly trivial matter I will be truly grateful Grin

I only use the crusts

I blitz all my crusts and put them in the freezer for future usage

tis fine and you wouldn't know Smile

My freezer is also full of crust 'dog-ends' from the bread we make. I either blitz them up for fresh breadcrumbs or dry them out overnight in the oven and blitz them up for dry breadcrumbs. It's all good :)
