Sausagemeat stuffing?

Its my first time making stuffing.
Have made it and frozen it, how long do I cook it for? Its in a foil tray so will be a slab.
Is 30mins enough, or does it need longer? Do I need to cook out of tray?

Defrost it first. I'm assuming this is for Christmas Day? If so, you could do this by putting it in the fridge xmas eve morning. or the boot of the car. Depending on how dense it is, cook at 180 .c for 30 - 50 mins. If it contains a good amount of fat, then it will be browning after 20 mins or so, that is a good sign, and so the extra time will allow it to cook through. Trust your senses, eyes and smell. Yummy Xmas Grin
