freezing pizza dough

Need to make boxing day buffet in advance as away on Christmas day. Just made a batch in the breadmaker - would it be best to roll out par bake and freeze - or can I just freeze the dough and roll out when defrosted - thanks

I tend to freeze ready rolled, only because it save time defrosting.

I put greeseproof paper between rounds.

I freeze as is and then roll out when defrosted.
