TURKEY QUESTION

Can i cook my turkey the night before as i have small oven and 3 million for lunch so need oven for roasties etc. How do i stop the turkey being dry or is it unavoidable?

I do this every year.

I used to do this and the turkey wasn't dry. I'd leave the turkey skin on and wrapped in foil in the shed (which was cold!) until I reheated it. Was always lovely. No-one ever knew!
