Carrot and swede mash

Is yours smooth or more mashed up ?
I thought mine would be smoother. Have frozen as I have mashed it.
Wonder if I might shove through ricer when I defrost before adding butter cream etc ?

Mashed but not through ricer. Just mashed for as long as I can be arsed.

Thanks. I think when it defrosts I'll have another go at it. It was a long day yesterday !
