What the hell am I going to do with them? DH has given up cheese for January, too, so lots of cheese, biscuits and celery are out.

I use it in soup, casseroles, fried rice and noodles, and just about everything else. Don't like it raw but it cooks up lovely. Nigella uses it a lot...

Haven't read everything apologies if someone's already suggested this. Take the leaves, dry them overnight in a little wicker basket balanced on a radiator and then put them in an air tight jar. My mum's done this for years and it's great for stocks, soups and stews as a herb. Just bung in a leaf or three to boost the flavour.
