Can I freeze this?

I have ended up with way too many root vegetables, so was thinking I could cook this casserole, freeze it and then have it between christmas and new year?

The thing I'm not sure about is what would happen to the potatoes? Are they fine to be frozen or will they go all funny?

You can freeze it, the potatoes will just mean it takes aaaages to warm it up in the oven. If you can, split it into individual portions to make it a bit faster to reheat.
