Receipe for goats cheese starter for dinner pty please

Want to do a goats cheese starter, but need some ideas please. Have found a recipe for goats cheese souffle, but looks quite complicated.

goats cheese and red onion tartlets
pastry
egg mix
goats chese
sauteed red onions
ummm
can do either little mince pie type mini ones or larger if you have right size ramekins/tart case
or cna make a big quiche style one.

I saw on teh Xmas foodies thread that Enid was making something with goat's cheese and chilli jam. Not sure exactly what it entailed tho.

and saute the onions in balsamic vinegar!

a very easy one:

slice the goats cheese into thick slices and dip in honey -- roll in sesame seeds and bake in oven for 10 mins... serve on a salad of leaves dressed with vinagrette..and crunchy bread to spread the cheese on ... really nice
