I've frozen cheese sauce on it's own before, and it'sbeen fine.

I have frozen it, in small portions for DD. Makes for a very quick and easy lunch for her sometimes. The cauli does go a bit soggy, but DD never cared about that!

Just wondered actually? Try undercooking the cauli when you make it, before freezing. then went you regheat it is just cooking the calui as it should be.
