eggless Christmas pudding!

As ds2 is thought to be allergic to eggs and it doesn't seem as if we're going to know for sure before christmas I need to find a recipe for christmas pudding which does not contain eggs. Been searching all day with no joy, hope the wise ones at mumsnet can help!

Might you find one on a vegan cookery site?

The recipes I have vary from 2 eggs up to 6 so I wonder what would happen if you simply left them out?

Thanks for the help. Never thought to search for vegan christmas pudding. Found a few different recipes, hope to have a go at one at the weekend. Think I'll make a bit extra so we can check what its like, don't want any surprises on christmas day! Thanks again
