i got a bit carried away recently and bought a nice ring tin. i haven't baked anything in it yet as i just haven't found a recipe that jumps out!
would like to make use of it so any recommendations welcome. :)
in my defence it's the big ikea one which is also just a springform tin if you swap the base round. I'm sure i wanted a springform tin for something...
