I am a chef and I have to write a menu based on a country in a few weeks time.
I have chosed Sweden, as it is where my ancestors come from and I would like to show people there is a variety of dishes from this region, not just meatballs!
I have to include a vegetarian option for a starter and main and am struggling to find recipes that are vegetarian!
Can anyone help? Preferably something popular and traditional(ish) - if you can include the Swedish name for the dish, even better!
