Hi all, I wonder if you can help me please.
I'm making a 3 tier sponge cake for a friends birthday and I'm starting to panic!
It has to be 2x 12" round x 2" deep, 2x 10" round by 2" deep and 2x 8" round by 2" deep.
I'm quite good at baking but I haven't got time/funds to trial and error it so I'm really looking for some expertise!
Ingredients and temp/timings please
