Warm milk in a thermos?

My reception age dd really loves her warm milk after lunch. I mean LOVES. It sort of keeps her going. She's been struggling with being tired at school. I do generally give her some warm milk straight after sschool anyway, but I'd like her to have a bit more stamina for the afternoons as she is dropping when I pick her up.

I'd like to put some warm milk in a thermos for her to have after lunch, but is that a terrible idea, bacteria-wise? I'd put it in at 8:30 and she'd probably drink it at 12:30. Any thoughts much appreciated.
