Turkey Loin Steaks

I bought a pack of these a month or so ago, but not knowing what to do with them, I stuck them in the freezer

Food stocks on running low so now the time has come to use them - really dont know what to do with them

Irritatingly DP does like casserole, stew etc so I think my options are limited - any ideas are very much appreciated

I've sprinkled them with a seasoning mix (Mexican) and fried them up, then served with some jacket wedges.

Agree that they definitely need seasoning as I think that they can be quite bland! Thanks for the ideas

Could I grill them, kind of like pork chops, or is that silly?
