Leg of Lamb ......

Have LOTS of leftover Lamb - and don't want to waste it ...

What can I make ( simple recipes please )
I'm not too keen on just reheating it with gravy .... help welcome !!

home made kebab.

Pitta bread
lettuce
cucumber
olives
onions
tomato
chilli sauce
yogurt

Add all ingredients to centre of pitta bread, fill with lamb. Eat late at night whilst watching a film or just after coming out of the pub. lol
