We've been getting quite a lot of sprouts in our veg box. Now, I don't mind sprouts, but I wouldn't base a meal around them. Until now...
Sprout Gratin:
Parboil sprouts.
Make crispy bacon bits.
Mix sprouts, bacon, chestnuts and cream.
Cover with crumbs, and bake for 15 min til golden.
Oh my goodness, yummy. I use a bag of sprouts, a few rashers of streaky, a small tub of cream and a pack of the pre cooked chestnuts. So easy.
But what else can I do with them? Any other great sprout suggestions?
