Refering to MN wisdom once again.
I have taken beef out for tonight and I made a casserole last week with one of those add the spices packs and DH really liked it. He is a stonrg flavours (think curry by his South Asian mum). So casserole tonight but I want to try and make it myself (mostly because the shop was out of the mix).
I have lots of spices and some coriander and possibly parlsey in the house. Lack of veggies, just leak and possibly some frozen peas. Mustard/horseradish type condiments.
All ideas greatly appreciated.
