All very jolly japes I thought, although only one of them seemed to be doing any serious kneading. The Beetroot Bread sounded interesting.

Yes -the beetroot bread sounds fab. And the colour is incredible!

I think it's a really good idea, and sounds great fun to be a part of (I think there's the potential for it to become a baking version of the Choir?), but I'm not sure if it's really sustainable for a large part of society. I'm a total sucker for homemade bread though, this sort of thing is right up my street.
