Burrito recipe for shredded chicken

I've got quite a lot of cooked chicken left over from lunch today and quite fancy making a shredded chicken burrito type thing like you get in Mexican restaurants. Anyone got a recipe?

I like to mix it with grated cheese, roll up in a flour tortilla. Then get some passata mix with chill powder, paprika, lea and perrins (just a sprinkle) and juice of 1/2 a lemon or mix passata with ready made packet of seasoning. Pour over rolled up tortillas cover with more grated cheese and bake until golden and bubbly. Or roll up chicken mixed with grated cheese in flour tortilla and cover with creme fraiche and grated cheese and microwave to melt the cheese. I like sliced green olives on that one. I stir fry peppers, mushrooms and onions with old el paso smokey fajitas seasoning to have on the side. Also tortilla chips and jalapenos. yum yum!

Thanks - I was struggling to figure out how to do this and wasn't sure whether to mix the sauce into the chicken before rolling it up in a tortilla but pouring it over the top sounds lovely - will give it a try tomorrow night!
