I'm thinking of making this for Christmas, but the instructions for freezing just say freeze when assembled before baking.

Do you think you would have to defrost it before baking, or would it bake OK from frozen?

I think that I'd defrost before cooking. Most stuff I freeze uncooked I bung in a low oven from frozen, but I don't think that would work with the puff pastry.
