Quick ideas for using up crusts

Can anyone suggest a good recipe for using up a ton of crusts, some with a smidgen of tuna / cream cheese on? I made star shaped sarnies yesterday and I could not bear to throw away all the crusts and trimmings. Do you think covering them with a cheesy sauce and grilling them would work - sort of deconstructed cheese on toast? I'd like to use them for lunch if poss...

Scrape the tuna off and make bread pudding

Chop them up and use as a topping for fish pie or tuna pasta bake

Whizz them in a food processor into breadcrumbs and freeze them to use later.
