I am in the middle of moving and all my recipe books are packed. Please can someone tell me how long to roast pork for per 500g?
TIA.

200C 35mins + 35mins per 500g. For very crisp crackling, turn up the heat for the last 15-20mins of cooking time.

40 mins plus about 20-30 mins at the end.

Hello Skyler, how's the move going?

Auntymandy · 07/01/2006 13:30

err..until it runs clear when stabbed?
i am useless with timing! never killed anyone though!!!

Hello
Thanks everyone.
Mrs F, how are you? Long time no see. Hope all is OK and work is better for your DH. All our stuff has been shipped so I am left with a few bits and peices but undoubtedly still too much for the plane lol. Nearly there. We move out in a month.

I'm fine - just totally lost all ability to keep up with the June thread I'm afraid. DH's work is a farce of theatrical proportions unfortunately but he's getting organised to kick start his business again and we love it down here so it could be worse. Good luck with the move - catch up with you soon.

Thank you. Do pop by the Junies when you get a chance. We have some lovely newbies, but miss our oldies .
Take care and good luck with dh's business again. What a relief you like it down there or that would be hard to come to terms with.
